Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming vendor submissions against established quality benchmarks and compile structured feedback for revision rounds.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking documentation across all active outsource contracts, ensuring art directors have accurate status visibility at all times.
• Coordinate scheduling between internal stakeholders and external studios to prevent bottlenecks in the outsource art workflow.
• Support the senior outsource art coordinator in managing vendor relationships and onboarding new partners to studio standards.

What You Bring

• One or more years of experience in a production coordination or art department support role, ideally within game development or animation production.
• Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Shotgrid, or comparable asset tracking software.
• Familiarity with game art pipelines and a basic understanding of asset types including characters, environments, and UI elements.
• Strong organizational habits and an ability to manage multiple vendor deliveries running on overlapping timelines.
• Clear written communication skills, particularly when translating creative direction into vendor-facing documentation.
