Key Responsibilities

• Lead live kids’ music programs, performing songs and guiding children through structured interactive activities from start to finish.
• Portray princess or storybook characters at private events, maintaining character consistency throughout the performance for both children and adult guests.
• Sing and dance live without the safety net of post-production, adjusting energy and pacing to match the room in real time.
• Manage props, costumes, and activity materials on location, keeping the performance environment organized and on schedule.
• Represent the Kumar HR Services brand professionally in all direct interactions with parents, event hosts, and venue contacts.
• Learn new musical material and character repertoire on an ongoing basis as the program and event roster expands.

What You Bring

• Singing ability sufficient to lead group songs live, with or without formal vocal training.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently to engagements across the Las Vegas area.
• High energy and the ability to stay present and engaging across the full duration of a performance call.
• No union affiliation required. On-the-job training is provided for performers newer to this format.
