This role sits inside the digital newsroom, producing daily live streaming coverage and owning Late Debate, a Florida-focused program built around live audience participation and real-time editorial decision-making. About the Role

The Streaming Producer works alongside the PM streaming host to build and execute daily live programming for FOX LOCAL and FOX 13 Tampa Bay, both of which distribute across connected TV and mobile platforms. On any given day, this person is developing segment concepts, sourcing guests, managing video and graphics pipelines, monitoring live audience interaction, and making real-time editorial calls to keep coverage moving in the right direction. Breaking news, weekends, and evenings are part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce daily PM streaming coverage in coordination with the on-air host, managing the full run of show from concept through live execution.
• Develop and produce Late Debate, including topic selection, guest booking, and building formats that drive live audience participation rather than passive viewing.
• Source, edit, and sequence video, graphics, and user-generated content to support live streaming production workflows.
• Write accurate, platform-appropriate copy for digital, streaming, and linear broadcast across FOX Entertainment properties.
• Monitor real-time audience engagement data and apply those insights to adjust coverage and improve on-demand and live content performance.
• Publish and promote content across social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, maintaining editorial standards across each.

What You Bring

• Two to three years of experience producing in a digital journalism, broadcast news, or streaming content environment.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound editorial judgments under deadline pressure in a live production setting.
• Hands-on experience with video editing and content management systems used in newsroom production workflows.
• A track record of developing and publishing news content for social and digital platforms at a professional level.
• A degree in Journalism, Communications, or Media, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal credentials.
