You will be working within a defined post-production workflow, cutting episodes for a channel with an existing audience and content library. A typical day involves ingesting raw bodycam footage, building a story around a script or voice-over, and shaping the edit for YouTube retention from the first frame through to the end card. This is not a generalist editing position, it is niche work that requires familiarity with the true crime YouTube production format.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 15 to 25 minute YouTube videos using police bodycam footage, voice-over, and supporting documentary materials as the primary source elements.
• Structure each edit around the strongest moments in the footage, cutting dead sections while preserving the natural pacing that makes bodycam content feel credible.
