Videographer / Content Producer

No1 Property Guide is hiring a Videographer / Content Producer to join their in-house team in Broadbeach Waters, QLD. This is a sole-charge content production role covering the full pipeline from field acquisition through to delivery across social video platforms, with output spanning interview formats, podcast recordings, and branded long and short form content. About the Role

The Videographer / Content Producer sits at the centre of No1 Property Guide’s brand content operation, working directly with the CEO and management team to shape how the company communicates its mission across social video channels. Day-to-day production workflow includes planning shoots, capturing interviews and client milestone moments like house handovers, editing footage into platform-specific formats, and monitoring performance data to inform future content decisions. This is an office-based, full-time position located on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and produce video content across multiple formats including talking-head interviews, podcast recordings, client handover coverage, and short form social clips.
• Edit footage for distribution across all major social video platforms, cutting content to suit the specific aspect ratios, pacing, and audience expectations of each channel.
• Work with the CEO and senior leadership to develop video concepts that communicate the company’s brand positioning and client outcomes.
• Identify and test emerging social video trends, adapting production techniques to keep content current and competitive in the feed.
• Analyse platform performance data to assess what is driving views and retention, then apply those findings directly to future production decisions.
• Manage the footage library across brands, thinking in terms of asset reuse and how a single shoot can supply content across multiple video outputs.

What You Bring

• At least four years of hands-on experience in video capture and editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates both long form and short form content production.
• Proven understanding of how video content performs differently across social platforms, including organic reach mechanics and viewer retention.
• Experience building or growing social channels using video as the primary content format.
• Strong editing skills with a sharp eye for pacing, framing, and storytelling within branded content workflows.
• A data-informed approach to content creation, comfortable reading platform analytics and adjusting production strategy accordingly.
