Videographer

Green Leaves Early Learning is hiring a full-time, permanent Videographer based in Queensland, Australia. This is an in-house commercial production role covering end-to-end shoot management across the full marketing mix, including paid digital, social content, eLearning modules, and internal training video production. It suits an experienced shooter-editor who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, and who can carry a project from brief to delivery without hand-holding.

About the Role

Sitting within the marketing function at Green Leaves Early Learning, this Videographer owns the full content production workflow, from pre-production planning through to final deliverables across multiple output formats. Day to day, that means executing multi-camera event shoots, cutting training videos for SCORM output, handling drone and gimbal work, and managing timelapse and hyperlapse captures alongside standard commercial photography. You are also responsible for maintaining file architecture, data backup systems, and asset management across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-camera shoots for events, including fixed and roaming setups with live audio capture, across a variety of production contexts and output formats.
• Edit and deliver video and photo content for paid digital media, social platforms, websites, and SCORM-packaged eLearning courses using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Captivate, and Lightroom.
• Direct non-professional on-camera talent in real time, adjusting scene layout, lighting setups, and blocking to meet the strategic objectives of each shoot.
• Operate drone and gimbal rigs, shoot timelapse and hyperlapse sequences, and apply AI-assisted tools including Claude and Higgsfield where they add genuine production value.
• Manually blend and composite multiple images and exposures to produce clean, finished photography without relying on automated layering tools.
• Establish and maintain best-practice file naming conventions, data wrangling protocols, and backup systems across the full content library.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in creative industries or a related discipline, plus at least five to seven years of professional experience as a videographer, photographer, and editor.
• High-level proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Captivate, and Lightroom, with working knowledge of AI production tools.
• Proven experience across commercial video production workflows, including corporate, eLearning, and marketing content.
• Demonstrated competence with professional AV equipment, including preparation, operation, care, and storage.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle for occasional local travel and off-site shoots.
