Job Position(s): Photographer / Videographer — Auckland Real Estate
Project Type: Film & Television
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: $30 - $30/hr

Loadin Media Limited is hiring a Photographer / Videographer for real estate and architectural work based out of Whenuapai, Auckland. This role sits within a production studio specialising in property photography and video content, with output covering dusk photo sets, bracketed exposures, and gimbal-assisted video walkthroughs delivered to real estate agents and vendors. It suits a working shooter with real estate photography or architectural interiors experience who knows how to manage mixed lighting conditions and keep a tight schedule on location.

About the Role

Loadin Media Limited operates as a full-service real estate media studio with an established client base of agents across the Auckland region. The Photographer / Videographer role focuses primarily on dusk and evening shoots, sometimes running back-to-back with daytime sessions at the same property. A typical shift means moving between multiple residential properties on weeknight evenings, with start times that shift seasonally alongside sunset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot dusk photo sets using bracketed exposures and tripod-based techniques to handle mixed artificial and natural lighting across residential properties.
  • Capture property video using gimbal rigs or controlled handheld work, producing clean footage suitable for real estate marketing delivery.
  • Manage your own transport between multiple locations per shift, coordinating arrival times around variable sunset schedules throughout the year.
  • Work directly with real estate agents and property vendors on location, maintaining a professional and unobtrusive presence throughout each shoot.
  • Handle basic Lightroom culling or selects where required, with the bulk of post-production editing managed by the studio team.
  • Operate within CAA Part 101 drone guidelines on applicable jobs, with aerial capability considered a strong asset for the role.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience shooting real estate photography, architectural interiors, or residential property video in a professional context.
  • Confidence with tripod work, exposure bracketing, and managing challenging mixed lighting conditions on location.
  • Gimbal operation skills or a solid foundation in camera movement technique with a clear intent to develop video capability.
  • Your own camera body and lenses, with gear discussion available depending on your current kit.
  • A full New Zealand driver’s licence and personal vehicle for multi-property location work.
  • CAA Part 101 drone certification is a genuine advantage for this position.

Why This Role

Loadin Media Limited is a studio that prioritises long-term working relationships over short-term gap-filling, both with their agent clients and with the photographers and videographers on their roster. The Photographer / Videographer position offers steady weeknight volume with a team that handles the post-production workflow, meaning your time on set is focused on capture rather than desk hours. This is a role built for someone who wants consistent, well-structured real estate media work with room to grow their video production skills over time.

Apply now for the Photographer / Videographer role at Loadin Media Limited and include a few recent dusk or property shots along with a short note about your background.
