Events Production Assistant WFH

Nibbs Events Ltd is hiring an Events Production Assistant WFH to join their London-based team out of their Paddington office. This is an entry-level live events production role, supporting the planning and delivery of major UK ceremonies and award shows from pre-production through to show day execution. About the Role

You will be embedded in the production team at Nibbs Events Ltd, working directly alongside a Project Lead on flagship events including the BAFTA Film Awards, the Fashion Awards, and Pride of Britain. Live event production at this level moves through distinct phases, from venue logistics and supplier coordination in pre-production through to on-the-ground show delivery, and you will be involved across all of them. Expect to learn the full production workflow from the inside, not from the edges.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Project Lead through all stages of live event production, from initial scheduling and run-of-show documentation to on-site delivery.
• Coordinating with suppliers, venues, and technical crews to track deliverables and flag schedule conflicts before they become problems.
• Maintaining and updating production paperwork including call sheets, contact sheets, and show schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Assisting with logistics management for large-scale award ceremonies, including talent movement, crew briefings, and technical setup timelines.
• Taking notes in production meetings and distributing accurate action points to the relevant departments promptly.
• Supporting on-site during live event days at major London venues, adapting quickly as show conditions change in real time.

What You Bring

• Some exposure to live events, broadcast production, or event coordination, whether through work experience, internships, or related study.
• Comfort working with production scheduling tools and standard office software for managing show documentation.
• An understanding of how large-scale live events are structured, including the relationship between production, technical, and talent departments.
• Strong organisational habits and the ability to track multiple moving parts across a busy production period.
