This role sits inside the Design Services department, where the work centers on producing motion graphics, edited video content, and post-production deliverables that support brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, and e-commerce channels. It suits a mid-level motion professional who has worked inside an agency or in-house studio and can move fluidly between After Effects animation and Premiere Pro editorial without losing the thread of the story.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Design Services, this position functions as the motion and editorial engine of a cross-functional creative group that serves multiple consumer packaged goods brands under the ConAgra Brands portfolio. Day-to-day work pulls from the full post-production workflow, from transforming static campaign assets into animated social content to cutting long-form video and supporting live food shoots and streaming productions. The role is hybrid, with three days per week on-site in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social platforms, retail environments, e-commerce, and internal communications across multiple aspect ratios and delivery specs.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content, handling color correction, audio cleanup, sound design, and final asset delivery inside a structured post-production workflow.
• Develop title sequences, branded transitions, and motion effects that maintain brand consistency across all distribution channels.
• Support on-set productions, food shoots, and photography sessions through camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture.
• Manage media organization, project file architecture, and post-production workflow systems across simultaneous projects and deadlines.
• Stay current on motion design trends, AI-enabled creative tools, and emerging production technologies relevant to branded content work.

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video editing inside an agency, production studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with advanced working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator across Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A portfolio and show reel that demonstrates motion graphics, animation, and editorial work across multiple platforms and brand contexts.
• Solid understanding of codecs, frame rates, color spaces, and delivery specifications across streaming and social platforms.
• Experience supporting consumer-facing brands, food brands, or consumer packaged goods is a real plus here.
• Experience with 3D motion design software and live streaming or broadcast production environments is preferred.
