Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting a Multimedia Creative (Videographer and Photographer) for a permanent, studio-based position in Milton Keynes, England. Working within an in-house design team, this role covers the full content production workflow from studio shoot planning through to edited deliverables, producing product photography, 360-degree imagery, and promotional video content for web, marketplace, and social media distribution. It suits a camera operator and editor who is comfortable owning shoots end to end and has a solid grounding in product videography and commercial photography.

About the Role

The Multimedia Creative sits inside the design team and works directly alongside marketing on product launches and ongoing content campaigns. Day-to-day output spans product demonstration videos, short-form social media content, and high-resolution photography for e-commerce platforms, all produced within a Monday to Friday studio schedule. The production workflow runs from pre-production planning and staging through to post-production finishing in Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Orbitvu 360-degree photography system to produce consistent, optimised product imagery for website and online marketplace listings.
• Plan and execute studio shoots independently, handling lighting setup, background selection, and camera positioning for both stills and video.
• Edit product demonstration and promotional video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, delivering finished cuts to brand specification.
• Build motion graphics and visual enhancements using Adobe After Effects to support commercial video production output.
• Retouch and prepare final image assets using Adobe Photoshop, ensuring quality and consistency across all product photography.
• Produce short-form video content formatted for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and other social media platforms as part of broader campaign delivery.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating product photography and videography credits across commercial or e-commerce content production.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems and studio lighting for both photo and video work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop within a professional post-production workflow.
• The ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines without supervision, from shoot planning through to final delivery.
• Graphic design experience and familiarity with social media content production are a genuine advantage.
