About the Role

The Site Videographer & Editor Stack Creator works within Baby Gulf’s branded content department, producing social-first video across multiple Gulf region clients. A typical day moves between on-location shooting and in-house editing, with motion graphics and brand consistency checks built into the same pipeline. Some shoots require regional travel, so flexibility across production environments is part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate camera, lighting, and audio rigs on location to capture brand content that meets broadcast and social media delivery specs.
• Cut and finish edits in post-production, handling color, audio mix, and motion graphics within a single consolidated workflow.
• Build and maintain a consistent visual language across multiple Gulf brand accounts, applying brand guidelines at every stage of production.
• Write or contribute to scripts and shot lists during pre-production to shape content strategy before the camera rolls.
• Travel to regional shoot locations as required, managing all personal kit including camera body, lighting package, and audio equipment.
• Deliver finished assets formatted for social content distribution, including platform-specific aspect ratios and file specs.

What You Bring

• Proven credits in branded video production, commercial content, or equivalent social media content production at a professional level.
• Ownership of a full production kit covering camera, lighting, and audio gear suitable for independent on-location shoots.
• Hands-on proficiency in industry-standard editing and motion graphics software used in post-production workflows.
• Valid GCC work authorization, as this is a full-time on-site position based in Bahrain.
• The ability to work independently across both production and post without department support or a dedicated crew.
