Sony Pictures Entertainment is hiring a Content Creator based in São Paulo, Brazil to support its digital marketing and social media operations across the Latin American market. This role sits within the marketing division, focused on producing platform-native content for social channels, FAST channel initiatives, and Ad Sales campaigns tied to Sony Pictures Television’s programming slate. About the Role

The Content Creator works across Sony Pictures Entertainment’s marketing, social, and Ad Sales teams to build content that serves both promotional and revenue-generating goals. Day-to-day, that means producing short-form social content, adapting promos for multi-platform distribution, and supporting Portuguese video adaptations for the broader regional team. Output spans multiple aspect ratios, recurring series formats, and performance-tested creative built around real audience data from YouTube Studio, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit short- and long-form content for social media platforms and digital campaigns, including on-camera talent work using your own image and voice to organically integrate brand messaging.
• Adapt promotional assets across 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats to meet the specific requirements of each platform’s editorial workflow and algorithm behavior.
• Execute end-to-end post-production including video cuts, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and basic color correction using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Write and produce content in native Portuguese, including video adaptations and caption copy that supports the regional marketing team’s localization needs.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to review engagement metrics including watch time, CTR, and retention, then apply those findings directly to the next content cycle.
• Support A/B testing on thumbnails, hooks, and titles to improve content performance across Sony Pictures’ social and FAST channel distribution.

What You Bring

• 3 to 6 years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing, or multiplatform content creation with a portfolio that reflects real platform variety.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and mobile-first editing tools including CapCut and native platform editors.
• Demonstrated understanding of algorithm differences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with content that proves you build for each separately.
• Native Portuguese speaker with working knowledge of Spanish and English.
• Basic production skills covering DSLR and mobile camera operation, lighting setup, and location audio capture.
