Key Responsibilities

• Cut match highlights and football compilations to brief, working within established post-production workflow and delivery schedules.
• Export and format social clips across multiple aspect ratios including vertical, square, and widescreen for distribution across digital platforms.
• Apply YouTube best practices to editorial decisions, including pacing, thumbnail moments, and retention-aware structure.
• Work across departments within the production company to align edits with brand guidelines supplied by sports clients.
• Use engagement data and platform analytics to inform editorial choices and improve content performance over time.
• Maintain organised project files and media management standards within a shared post environment.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience editing sports content, specifically football, for broadcast or digital production.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer within a professional post-production workflow.
• A working understanding of social media platform specs and how aspect ratio and pacing affect performance.
• Prior credits on sports highlight packages, branded sports content, or episodic sports documentary work.
• Comfort working five days a week on-site in a collaborative production environment in London.
