About the Role

You will be embedded in gee’s in-house content department, working on campaign launches, product releases, and always-on social output. A typical day moves between on-site shooting with iPhone, editing in post, and contributing to content planning sessions that feed the wider campaign calendar. The output is platform-native but held to a high visual standard, which means every cut, colour grade, and caption choice carries creative weight.

Key Responsibilities

• Film on-site content using iPhone, directing and capturing footage that meets gee’s visual and brand standards without additional crew.
• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and paid social ad formats, maintaining consistent pacing and premium finish across deliverables.
• Produce carousel and static image assets that sit cohesively alongside video output within the same campaign creative.
• Manage fast turnaround post-production timelines, taking content from raw footage through to platform-ready delivery within tight campaign windows.
• Contribute to content planning for product launches and seasonal campaigns, bringing a practical production perspective to what is creatively achievable.
• Maintain gee’s established visual language, brand voice, and editing style across all social content output as the platform presence evolves.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience producing and editing short-form social video content to a premium standard, with a portfolio showing real brand work.
• Proficiency in video editing software, with strong colour grading and audio sync skills suited to social content production workflows.
• Confidence as a self-shooter, comfortable operating iPhone-based capture setups independently across varied on-site environments.
