Associate Producer – Disney Games

Disney is hiring an Associate Producer for its Games division, based out of Glendale, CA. About the Role

The Associate Producer works directly alongside senior Producers to keep multiple game projects moving through the production pipeline, from asset sourcing and documentation to milestone reviews and stakeholder presentations. Day to day, that means tracking partner submissions, consolidating feedback across internal art, story, and production teams, and making sure external development partners have the reference material and brand guidance they need. Some domestic and international travel is required for on-site partner support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product deliverables and documentation across a slate of game projects, ensuring milestone reviews are organized and feedback is actionable and delivered on time.
• Source and deliver reference material and approved assets to external development partners in line with Disney franchise standards.
• Coordinate feedback across internal stakeholders covering art direction, gameplay, narrative, and franchise authenticity for partner submissions.
• Play game builds regularly to generate qualitative and brand-specific feedback that informs the development partner’s production decisions.
• Support senior Production staff in preparing presentations and product demos for management and internal stakeholders.
• Run weekly production, art, and story meetings, capturing all actionable feedback and following up on outstanding items across internal and external groups.

What You Bring

• At least one year of experience in product development or production within console, mobile, or PC game development, or a comparable entertainment production environment.
• Proficiency in Airtable, which is central to day-to-day project tracking in this role, along with working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban production methodologies as applied in a game development pipeline.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.
• Genuine familiarity with Disney franchises and a working knowledge of current game platforms including mobile, console, PC, and AR/VR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and production experience.
