PVH, the parent company behind Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, is hiring a Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London. Sitting within The Goat Agency, a WPP Media brand, this role sits inside the in-house Campaigns team and focuses on taking raw footage and assets through the full post-production workflow to deliver finished video content for global social and influencer-led campaigns. It suits an experienced editor and motion designer who has worked across social video deliverables at scale and is comfortable moving between creative editorial decisions and technical execution.

About the Role

The Campaigns team at The Goat Agency produces social media content across more than 70 countries, working with major fashion and lifestyle brands on influencer programmes that span tactical activations through to long-term creator partnerships. As Senior Video Editor and Motion Designer, your daily output will include social media ads, case study edits, promotional videos, and campaign assets, all assembled from brief through to final delivery. You will work directly from client briefs, storyboards, and producer direction, making this a hands-on post-production role rather than a supervisory one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end editing across a range of social video formats, from short-form ads to long-form campaign case studies, ensuring each deliverable meets both creative and technical specifications.
• Apply motion graphics and visual effects within the post-production workflow to elevate raw footage into polished campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Assemble footage to picture lock standard, integrating licensed music, sound design, and graphics passes as directed by the producer and creative brief.
• Quality-check all video edits for technical soundness, including frame rate, aspect ratio, codec, and platform-specific delivery requirements across social channels.
• Manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously, maintaining organised project files and version control across an active production slate.
• Collaborate directly with the Campaigns team to interpret client feedback and apply revisions efficiently without compromising the creative integrity of the edit.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable senior-level experience in video editing and motion design, with a portfolio showing social media production and campaign content at scale.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects as primary editing and motion graphics tools.
• Experience delivering content across multiple social platforms with an understanding of format and compression requirements for each.
• A background working within an agency or in-house production environment on brand-led campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills for managing concurrent edits across a high-volume post-production pipeline.
