Virtue Vets is hiring an In-House Graphic Designer and Videographer based in London, England, UK. This is a studio-side creative role sitting within the marketing and brand team, responsible for producing video content and visual assets across digital channels and a growing clinic network. It suits a designer and shooter who is equally at home building brand templates in Illustrator as they are directing and cutting their own footage in Premiere Pro.

About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of graphic design and video production workflow, supporting a premium, hospitality-led brand that operates across multiple clinic locations. Day to day, you are producing marketing collateral, shooting and editing short-form video content, and maintaining visual consistency across digital and print channels. The role is in-house, meaning you own the full production pipeline from brief to final delivery without routing work through an external agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain brand templates and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to consistent visual standards across all clinic touchpoints.
• Shoot, direct, and edit high-quality video content for digital channels, applying a considered approach to framing, lighting, and post-production finishing in Premiere Pro.
• Build and iterate on design assets within Figma for digital marketing campaigns and web-facing materials.
• Manage the post-production workflow for all video output, including colour correction, audio sync, and export formatting for multiple platform specifications.
• Develop visual storytelling assets that reflect the brand’s premium positioning, ensuring cohesion between motion and static content across campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into finished creative work, owning projects from concept through to final delivery.

What You Bring

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and videography work across brand or marketing production contexts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience producing and editing short-form video content for social and digital channels, with an understanding of platform-specific delivery requirements.
• A background working in-house or within a creative studio environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of brand identity systems and how design assets scale across both print and digital production formats.
