Video Editor: Part-Time

Aspinal of London Limited is hiring a part-time Video Editor based in London, England, to join their in-house creative team two days per week. This role sits firmly in post-production, covering the full delivery pipeline for luxury fashion and lifestyle campaign content across paid social, organic social, YouTube, Performance Max, CRM, and web. It suits an editor with a background in premium or luxury brand content who is comfortable owning the deliverables side of a campaign from master edit through to final platform-ready assets.

About the Role

The Video Editor works within a small in-house creative department alongside the Senior Art Director and Head of Graphics, adapting hero campaign films supplied by external production partners into the full range of digital deliverables each season requires. Day-to-day post-production workflow includes cut-downs, resizes, motion adaptations, and social-first edits, with heavier output expected during campaign launches and seasonal peaks. The role is hybrid, with attendance at the West Sussex head office required during key post-production periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver campaign video assets across multiple platform specifications, including Meta, YouTube, Performance Max, and web, from master edits supplied by external editors and production partners.
• Produce cut-downs, re-edits, and resized versions of hero campaign films to meet the technical and creative requirements of each digital channel.
• Support the creation of short-form motion assets, animated campaign adaptations, AI-generated video content, and social-first teasers within the seasonal content calendar.
• Manage post-production workflows and maintain organised file structures across concurrent projects to meet fast-turnaround deadlines.
• Liaise with external retouchers, motion designers, and sound designers to coordinate deliverables and maintain brand visual standards.
• Contribute creative input on pacing, transitions, typography, music selection, and emerging content formats to support the wider creative direction.

What You Bring

• Minimum five years of video editing experience, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand content.
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Photoshop as core post-production tools.
• Proven experience delivering multi-platform digital campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Performance Max, and web with a strong grasp of compression and platform specifications.
• Experience using AI video generation tools and familiarity with emerging creative technologies in the post-production space.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating campaign, social, digital, and motion editing work is required with application.
