Job Position(s): Video Editor
Project Type: Commercial
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

Attribution Booster is hiring a Video Editor based in Leicester, England, with flexibility for remote work. This role sits within the post-production workflow, focused on delivering finished content across social media platforms, paid advertising, and branded presentations. It suits an editor who is comfortable moving between short-form commercial content and longer presentation formats without losing pace or quality.

About the Role

You will be working directly alongside content and marketing teams, cutting material that needs to perform, not just look good. The output here is marketing-focused video production, where every edit is judged by engagement and conversion, so your instinct for pacing and visual storytelling needs to be sharp. A typical day involves pulling selects, building sequences, laying in sound design, and delivering platform-ready exports across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce video content for social media channels, paid ad campaigns, and corporate presentations to platform-specific delivery specs.
  • Apply color grading, audio mixing, and motion transitions to bring raw footage to a broadcast-ready finish.
  • Add visual effects and graphic elements within the post-production workflow to meet creative briefs from the marketing team.
  • Work with content strategists to ensure each cut serves the intended audience and campaign objective, not just the aesthetic.
  • Manage project files, versioning, and asset organisation to keep turnarounds tight across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Optimise exports for different video formats and platforms, including aspect ratios, compression, and caption requirements.

What You Bring

  • At least two years of professional video editing experience, ideally across commercial or marketing-focused content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro across real production deliverables.
  • A demonstrable eye for visual composition and narrative structure within short-form content.
  • Experience producing content with measurable performance outcomes, viral reach, or direct-response results is a strong advantage.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics or 2D/3D animation pipelines will set your application apart.

Why This Role

Attribution Booster offers a remote-first working arrangement with a learning budget and structured career development, which is less common in marketing production roles at this level. The team works on high-impact projects with real visibility, and performance is recognised through annual bonuses and incentive structures. For an editor who wants room to grow without being locked into a single content vertical, this is a solid position.

Apply now for the Video Editor role at Attribution Booster and bring your post-production skills to a team that measures its work by results.
