Videographer

Revo Fitness is hiring a Videographer based in Perth, Western Australia, to join their in-house marketing content team. This role sits within the brand and marketing department, responsible for end-to-end video production across social media content, paid advertising campaigns, club launch activations, and internal communications. It suits a self-directed shooter and editor who has built a body of work in lifestyle, fitness, or community-focused content production.

About the Role

The Videographer works directly alongside the Revo Fitness marketing team, handling everything from creative concept through to final delivery across multiple platforms and formats. A typical week involves moving between pre-production planning, on-location shoots at club sites and activations across the region, and post-production editing sessions back at Revo HQ. This is a single-operator role with full ownership of the production workflow, from storyboarding and scripting through to colour, sound, and platform-specific export.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid media placements, and internal channels as part of an ongoing social media content production schedule.
• Manage the full production workflow across multiple concurrent projects, meeting campaign deadlines and maintaining consistent visual quality against brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team during pre-production to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual approaches tied to specific campaign objectives.
• Travel to club locations and brand activations across Perth and beyond to capture event coverage, member stories, and launch content.
• Monitor emerging platform formats and content trends to keep the production output current and audience-relevant.
• Maintain production equipment, manage the digital asset library, and keep editing workflows running efficiently as the sole videographer on the team.

What You Bring

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or a comparable professional editing suite.
• Solid command of on-set videography principles including camera operation, lighting setups, and location sound recording.
• Photography skills with the ability to deliver stills alongside video, essential for this position.
• Demonstrated experience producing content for lifestyle, fitness, or people-focused brands across digital and social platforms.
• Animation skills are a valued complement to the core role, and experience with AI-assisted creative workflow tools is an advantage.
