About the Role

The Video Editor works directly alongside the Content Manager, operating within a studio environment built around rapid creative iteration and data-informed content strategy. Day to day, this means cutting fresh variations on high-performing video ads, developing new concepts for the testing pipeline, and producing basic motion graphics and video animations to support campaign deliverables. The pace mirrors that of a busy digital production house, with output measured by creative volume and performance results.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit new creative variations from existing high-performing video assets, maintaining consistency with established formats while introducing testable creative differences.
• Develop original video concepts from brief through to delivery for the studio’s mobile ad testing pipeline.
• Produce playable ad formats, working within the technical specifications required for mobile game advertising platforms.
• Create basic video animations to support campaign visuals, bridging the gap between static design and motion content.
• Use AI creative tools including Kling and Seedance to generate and manipulate footage as part of the production workflow.
• Work closely with the Content Manager to prioritise output, incorporate performance feedback, and evolve creative strategy over time.

What You Bring

• Professional experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio that demonstrates work across digital or advertising production.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Kling, Seedance, or direct equivalents used in a professional context.
