About the Role

The Creative Videographer at eAspire works across branded content and digital video production, contributing from pre-production planning through to final delivery. A typical day might move between scouting or shooting on location, participating in creative sessions with colleagues and clients, and returning to post to work up motion graphics for the same project. The output is varied, which means the person in this role needs to carry both production and post skills without leaning too heavily on either.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-location video shoots, managing camera, lighting setup, and audio capture to deliver broadcast-quality footage.
• Design and produce motion graphics sequences that complement the filmed content and meet client creative briefs.
• Contribute to creative development sessions, bringing visual storytelling ideas to the table from concept through to production plan.
• Manage post-production workflow across projects, including editing, colour grading, and graphics integration for final delivery.
• Work directly with clients during the production process, interpreting feedback and translating it into changes at the edit or shoot stage.
• Maintain an organised project pipeline, tracking assets and versions across multiple productions running simultaneously.

What You Bring

• Practical experience in video production across branded content, corporate, or commercial projects, with a portfolio that shows range across shoot and post work.
• Proficiency in motion graphics production using Adobe After Effects or equivalent compositing and animation tools.
• Hands-on experience with professional camera systems and an understanding of exposure, composition, and on-set lighting.
• Editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or a comparable non-linear editing system, with knowledge of colour correction and audio mixing.
• A portfolio strong enough to demonstrate original visual thinking, not just technical execution.
