Experian is hiring a Videographer / Video Editor on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in London. This role sits within Experian’s In-House Creative Studio, covering end-to-end video production workflow from location shooting through to post-production delivery across paid social, organic social and digital campaigns. It suits a self-shooting editor who is equally comfortable directing talent on a shoot day as they are in the edit suite finishing a TikTok cut.

About the Role

The In-House Creative Studio functions as a fully operational production unit inside Experian, handling brand content across YouTube, Meta and TikTok rather than outsourcing to agencies. The Videographer / Video Editor reports to the Head of Creative and Content and works alongside copywriters, designers and channel teams to take briefs through to final export. A typical day moves between pre-production planning, location filming at offices or external venues, and editing sessions that include motion graphics, colour grading and sound design.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit platform-native video content for paid social, organic social and digital campaigns, managing the full production workflow from brief to final delivery.
• Direct contributors and on-camera talent during shoots, coaching performance to match the intended creative concept and scripted message.
• Build edits that are specific to YouTube, Meta and TikTok, adjusting pacing, aspect ratios and format structure to suit each platform’s content behaviour.
• Complete post-production finishing across all projects, including motion graphics, voiceover integration, music supervision, sound design and colour grading.
• Travel to offices, events and external locations to capture original footage, managing kit and ensuring technical standards for lighting, framing and audio are met on every shoot.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into the editing and production workflow for tasks including transcription, captioning and ideation, without compromising creative quality.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a self-shooting videographer and editor, with a reel that demonstrates strong visual storytelling across social video production.
• Professional proficiency in industry-standard editing software, with solid post-production workflow experience including colour grading and motion graphics.
• Hands-on knowledge of lighting, camera operation and location audio capture across varied shooting environments.
• Working familiarity with AI-assisted production tools as part of an editing or content workflow.
• A clear understanding of how content performs differently across YouTube, Meta and TikTok, and the ability to adapt creative output accordingly.
