This role sits at the intersection of business development and production leadership, responsible for bringing in and winning premium VFX projects from brief through to green light. It suits a senior producer who has spent years building client relationships in the VFX or post-production space and knows how to close at a high level.

About the Role

The Executive Producer at Untold Studios operates across the full business development cycle, from identifying new opportunities to leading pitch strategy on major VFX productions. Day to day, that means working closely with creative and production leadership to shape how the studio goes to market, representing Untold at industry events globally, and staying close to existing clients to grow those relationships. This is a senior seat at a studio with a global team, so the role carries real weight internally as well as externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business at a senior level, targeting high-value VFX and content production opportunities.
• Lead pitch strategy and execution across project pursuits, coordinating with creative and production teams to put the strongest possible work forward.
• Establish and maintain client relationships that generate sustained, repeat business for the studio.
• Negotiate project terms and contracts for high-level productions, working across Untold’s global infrastructure to set the right conditions for success.
• Represent Untold Studios as an industry ambassador at key global events, building the studio’s profile within the broader film and television production community.
• Mentor producers and business development staff, contributing to a culture of growth and high standards across the team.

What You Bring

• Substantial credits as a producer or executive producer on high-end VFX productions, whether episodic television, feature film production, or large-scale commercial work.
• Deep knowledge of VFX pipelines and post-production workflow, enough to speak credibly to both clients and internal teams.
• A proven track record of winning and managing large-scale VFX projects from pitch through delivery.
• Established relationships within the film and television production buying community in major markets.
• Confidence running negotiations and developing sales strategies that open new revenue channels for the studio.
