Key Responsibilities

• Edit shortform video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms, applying pacing and structure appropriate to each format.
• Monitor trending audio, transitions, and visual formats to ensure output aligns with current platform behavior and audience expectations.
• Manage project organization within Adobe Premiere Pro, maintaining a consistent post-production workflow across a high volume of assets.
• Apply motion graphics and text overlays using Adobe After Effects to enhance engagement and on-screen clarity.
• Collaborate with the creative team at the brief stage to shape edit direction before going into the timeline.
• Deliver final exports in platform-correct specifications, including aspect ratios, file formats, and caption-ready cuts.

What You Bring

• Three to five or more years of video editing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating shortform social content at scale.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects as primary editing and motion tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of internet culture and the mechanics behind content that performs on algorithm-driven platforms.
• Experience editing across multiple formats simultaneously with strong file management discipline.
