About the Role

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor position at Critical Playground LLC operates within a multidisciplinary creative team producing work for clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. Day to day, this person moves between design briefs and post-production workflow, contributing to projects at concept stage and carrying them through to final delivery. The range of output is broad, from corporate presentations and brand guidelines to video content that requires both editing and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print and digital materials including brochures, logos, brand guidelines, and advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Edit and produce video content through all stages of post-production, ensuring deliverables meet brief and deadline requirements.
• Build and format presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides to a high visual standard for client-facing use.
• Contribute to concept development on brand identity and communications projects from initial brief through to finished artwork.
• Support senior creatives in maintaining consistent design quality and production timelines across concurrent projects.
• Work within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, across all stages of production.

What You Bring

• A 2:1 degree or higher in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, Media or Video Production, or a closely related field.
• Up to four years of experience in a design or post-production environment, with graduates considered for the right portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both graphic design and video editing output across real briefs or production projects.
• Skills in After Effects or web design are a bonus but not required.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
