About the Role

The Brand Motion Designer & Video Editor works inside a creative studio team alongside artworkers, designers, and content producers to deliver motion content that serves both brand and commercial objectives. Output spans social shorts, branded explainers, and campaign video assets across the Jet2 group of brands. A typical day moves between editing footage, building motion graphic sequences, and reviewing work against brand guidelines with the wider creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver motion graphics sequences for social video production, explainer content, and brand campaign assets across multiple digital platforms.
• Edit video content from raw footage through to finished deliverables, managing the full post-production workflow from assembly cut to final export.
• Translate briefs from content and marketing teams into visual treatments that hold up against brand guidelines and platform specifications.
• Work directly with artworkers and graphic designers to ensure motion output stays consistent with static brand design across all touchpoints.
• Produce social short-form video content optimised for platform-specific formats, including vertical, square, and widescreen aspect ratios.
• Manage multiple projects at varying stages of production simultaneously, maintaining quality and deadlines across the studio pipeline.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in motion graphics and video editing within a brand studio, agency, or digital video production environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro as primary tools for motion design and editing work.
• A portfolio showing finished motion graphic work across social video production and branded content, not just spec or student projects.
• Strong understanding of brand systems and how motion design sits within a broader visual identity.
• Ability to work to tight turnarounds across multiple briefs without losing attention to craft or detail.
