Bulk is hiring a Content Creator & Videographer for their brand and studio team based in London, England. This is an in-house production role sitting across both studio and social content pipelines, responsible for shooting and editing video and photography for campaigns, product launches, athlete shoots, and live brand events. It suits a commercially experienced shooter and editor who is equally at home directing talent on a controlled studio set and running a camera at a high-energy live activation.

About the Role

The Content Creator & Videographer sits within Bulk’s creative studio team, producing content that feeds social channels, paid media campaigns, and website product pages across a global fitness audience. A typical week moves between pre-production planning, on-location event coverage, studio product shoots, and post-production editing, often with tight turnarounds for reactive social content sitting alongside longer campaign work. You will own projects from concept through delivery, working alongside the social and studio teams to shape the visual identity of one of Europe’s leading sports nutrition brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content across brand events, athlete partnership shoots, product launches, and internal campaign activations throughout the UK and internationally.
• Handle all stages of post-production workflow including video editing, colour grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• Operate and set up professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to broadcast and commercial production standards, with Sony camera experience considered an advantage.
• Direct elite athletes and brand ambassadors on set, managing talent comfort and performance to deliver premium content suited to both organic social and paid digital campaigns.
• Produce high-quality product photography and videography optimised for website PDPs, social media platforms, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Apply AI-assisted creative tools including Runway, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to support ideation and streamline content production workflows.

What You Bring

• Proven commercial production credits across video and photography, ideally within brand, fitness, or consumer content environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite for editing and finishing work.
• Experience producing content across multiple digital platforms with a working understanding of what performs on each.
• Confidence with professional lighting setups in both studio and location environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools and an interest in integrating them into a studio content pipeline.
