About the Role

This is a post-production position embedded in a growing London office, working on video content across multiple client accounts rather than a single long-form production. Day to day, you are cutting sequences in Premiere Pro, managing project organisation across the post-production workflow, and coordinating with creative leads on revisions and deliverables. The work spans multiple formats, so familiarity with platform-specific delivery specs is part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content from raw footage through to final export, managing assembly cuts, fine cuts, and client revision rounds within agreed post schedules.
• Build motion graphics and composited elements in After Effects to meet creative briefs across different client campaigns.
• Manage project files, media organisation, and folder structure to keep the post-production workflow clean and handoff-ready at all stages.
• Apply colour correction passes in DaVinci Resolve, working to brief or matching grade references supplied by the director or DOP.
• Review rushes and make selects, working closely with directors and producers to identify the strongest material ahead of the offline edit.
• Deliver platform-specific exports across social, broadcast, and web formats, ensuring specs are met for each output destination.

What You Bring

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in video editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates work across commercial or branded content production.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro as your primary editing tool, alongside practical experience in After Effects for motion and compositing work.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for colour correction within a post-production workflow.
• Experience managing your own project organisation and media assets without reliance on a dedicated post coordinator.
• Comfortable working within a small team structure where editorial, graphics, and delivery responsibilities often sit with the same person.
