Epocha1 is hiring a Short-Form Videographer and Content Creator for a contract engagement based in the Winter Garden, Florida area. This role sits at the intersection of field production and social content creation, responsible for shooting and optionally editing a high-volume batch of vertical short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. It is a strong fit for a solo shooter or shooter-editor who has built a working knowledge of native short-form content production and understands how platform algorithms respond to framing, pacing, and hooks.

About the Role

Epocha1 operates under the Digital Asset Pioneers brand, producing education and media content around Bitcoin, DeFi, and financial independence. This is a project-based contractor role structured around one to two concentrated shoot days of four to six hours each, scheduled within the next four to six weeks, with a deliverable target of thirty to sixty finished short-form clips or fully organized raw footage depending on your skill set. The short-form content production workflow here is lean and batch-oriented, built to maximize output from a single founder-led shoot.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute one to two high-efficiency shoot days in the Orlando area, capturing talking-head segments, quick-tip formats, myth-busting setups, and behind-the-scenes footage optimized for vertical video delivery.
• Provide on-set direction to the on-camera talent, guiding camera positioning, take pacing, and energy so the footage cuts cleanly in post.
• Shoot both A-roll and reusable B-roll with an editorial eye, labeling and organizing footage by topic and outfit change for downstream editing efficiency.
• Contribute to pre-production by developing hooks, content angles, and light scripting aligned with the brand’s financial education themes.
• Edit a batch of fifteen to sixty-second short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software, including captions and on-brand text treatments, if editing is within your scope.
• Deliver either a polished batch of edited social clips or fully organized raw footage structured for a dedicated editor, based on the agreed project scope.

What You Bring

• A portfolio of short-form social content production work across TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts is required, not optional.
• Working knowledge of vertical video framing, scroll-stopping visual hooks in the first one to three seconds, and native platform aesthetics.
• Basic to intermediate editing proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, with an understanding of what a clean short-form edit requires even if heavy post-production is not your primary offering.
• Proximity to the Orlando, Florida area with reliable ability to travel to shoot locations or local studios.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin, crypto, or online education content is a genuine advantage for this project.
