Key Responsibilities

• Commission and track the creation and delivery of art and metadata assets across multiple languages, ensuring creative consistency and cost control for each title.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and post-production companies to agree delivery schedules and monitor compliance with Disney’s technical specifications.
• Manage QC failures, rejections, and recall notifications, actioning replacements and updates within agreed SLA timelines.
• Research Disney inventory systems to identify available elements and initiate asset movements as required across the content operations pipeline.
• Raise accurate purchase and work orders, resolve invoice queries, and maintain up-to-date delivery records across reporting tools including Smartsheet and Airtable.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to confirm that localised assets are ordered and that production schedules align with platform delivery windows.

What You Bring

• Direct experience in TV or non-linear distribution, post-production workflow, or digital content operations is required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, and Airtable.
• Familiarity with high and ultra-high-definition file delivery formats and electronic delivery pipelines is an advantage.
• Experience with mastering QC analysis and corrective recommendations will strengthen your application.
• Good working knowledge of SAP is a considerable advantage for managing the purchase order and invoicing side of this role.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage concurrent deliverables across multiple titles and languages.
