Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute studio-wide events including town halls, project launches, and morale programming, managing all logistics from catering and decor to AV setup and guest coordination.
• Coordinate outreach activations at animation festivals, industry expos, and academic events, handling travel bookings, schedules, and on-site execution for the recruiting team.
• Manage shared inboxes, event calendars, and stakeholder communications to keep all parties accurately informed ahead of and following each event.
• Oversee inventory for swag, signage, and branded materials, including ordering, tracking, and deployment across multiple studio locations.
• Work directly with internal teams including Corporate Events, Workplace, AV, and Creative to align on setup requirements and ensure consistent execution across on-site and off-site activations.
• Identify gaps in current outreach and events programming and bring forward practical improvements grounded in the specific needs of each local NAS community.

What You Bring

• Two or more years coordinating events, talent outreach, or production logistics within a feature animation studio, VFX house, gaming company, or creative agency.
• Working knowledge of animation studio pipelines and artist workflows, with familiarity across the feature animation or episodic animation production landscape.
• Proven ability to manage overlapping event timelines without losing track of details or stakeholder expectations.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suited to cross-functional collaboration at all organizational levels.
• Comfort operating with minimal supervision in an environment where priorities shift and no two event cycles look the same.
