Do you love creating video content, meeting new people, capturing moments, and telling stories through video and photography?

We’re looking for a Hybrid Videographer / Content Producer to join our in-house marketing team and help bring our people, properties, events and brand to life.

This role is all about storytelling — from filming agents and property content to capturing team culture, events, social media and behind-the-scenes moments. No two days are the same. One day you might be filming a market update, the next shooting a listing video, covering an awards night or creating content for a campaign.

Who We Are

We’re a growing real estate business based in our award-winning office in Nundah, Brisbane.

Our in-house marketing team supports both sales and property management, creating content that helps our people stand out and strengthens our brand. You’ll join a supportive, energetic team that values creativity, initiative and having fun along the way.

What’s In It For You?

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm), with occasional after-hours work for events, auctions and special projects.

You’ll work across:

  • Videography & editing

  • Photography & drone content

  • Property marketing

  • Social media content

  • Events & company culture

  • Staff branding and campaigns

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing while enjoying plenty of autonomy and ownership over projects. We value people who bring ideas to the table, not just follow a checklist.

You’ll also have access to Adobe Creative Cloud, Higgsfield AI, and company production equipment, with applicants who own gear highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Filming and editing agent, property and brand content

  • Creating short-form social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

  • Photographing and filming residential properties across Brisbane

  • Capturing drone footage and creating floorplans

  • Covering events including auctions, awards, training and company functions

  • Capturing staff headshots and internal brand content

  • Brainstorming ideas and helping bring campaigns to life

  • Managing and delivering content through Google Drive, Dropbox and tracking systems

Some events may occur outside standard business hours.

About You

You’re creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working with different personalities.

You enjoy being out and about, telling stories through content, and are equally comfortable behind a camera, drone controller or editing timeline.

Most importantly, you take ownership, communicate well and enjoy being part of a team.

What You’ll Need

  • 1–2 years’ experience in videography, photography, editing or content creation

  • Strong video and photography skills

  • Social media content experience

  • Drone experience

  • Strong organisation and communication skills

  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Highly regarded:

  • Real estate media experience

  • Drone licence/certification

  • Motion graphics or After Effects experience

  • Your own camera, drone or editing setup
