The role touches everything from cast and crew payroll to invoice review for projects still in development, which means you are close to the production pipeline from early stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain contractual obligations and project metadata in SAP, keeping the financial system current across active development projects.
• Process cast and crew payroll for the animation studio division, with additional support to the film division as production demands require.
• Calculate and process monthly term deal producer overhead payments in strict accordance with each contract’s terms.
• Review and process invoices tied to development projects and term deals, coordinating with payees during the vendor setup process.
• Prepare cost-to-date summaries with interest calculations and supporting schedules for commitment management reporting.
• Manage travel credit card reconciliation, prepare journal entries, and provide calendar support for the head of Development Finance.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• At least two years of Finance or Accounting experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• SAP experience is preferred, though candidates without it will be considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple term deals or overlapping production timelines.
