About the Role

The Art & Print Production Designer, Creative Services works inside Netflix’s UCAN Marketing org, partnering directly with a Post Production Supervisor and a dedicated Art & Print team to deliver campaign assets across a wide range of marketing channels. Day to day, this means adapting title key art into platform-specific specs, preparing press-ready files for print and OOH placements, and building original design work for executive presentations and internal events. The production workflow here spans both print production and digital asset management, so the pace is consistent and the output is varied.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt title key art and brand toolkit elements into spec-accurate deliverables for digital, print, and out-of-home media formats.
• Prepare and quality-check press-ready mechanicals for a range of print vendors, ensuring files meet supplied specifications for color, resolution, and format.
• Retouch photography and composite assets for both print production and digital campaign use.
• Design original materials for executive presentations, internal communications, and marketing events including slide decks, banners, and poster artwork.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across the production workflow, flagging bottlenecks early and keeping stakeholders informed at each stage.
• Identify and recommend workflow improvements, including automation opportunities, that maintain quality and asset security within Netflix’s internal tooling environment.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of Marketing or Promotional Production Designer experience at a creative agency or entertainment studio.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Fluency in CMYK and RGB color workflows and standard print resolutions across formats.
• Solid grounding in graphic design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Working knowledge of digital asset management, asset trafficking, and print production workflows at scale.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing approvals across multiple stakeholders.
