- Lead end-to-end post-production for high-impact video content across digital, social, and campaign platforms
- Own creative and technical decision-making for video edits, ensuring exceptional quality and storytelling standards
- Integrate AI-powered tools into editing workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and scalability
- Edit and optimize short-form, long-form, and performance-driven video content (ads, reels, TikToks, YouTube, brand films)
- Apply advanced color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and clients to elevate concepts through video
- Develop and maintain efficient post-production pipelines, templates, and best practices
- Review, refine, and approve final edits before delivery
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Mentor and provide creative direction to junior editors
- Stay ahead of emerging video trends, AI tools, formats, and platform algorithms
- Extensive experience as a Senior Video Editor or Lead Editor (agency or production environment preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and modern post-production tools
- Strong experience using AI-driven video tools (e.g., AI-assisted editing, auto-captioning, upscaling, generative visuals, voice enhancement, workflow automation)
- Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, performance metrics, and audience engagement
- Advanced color grading and sound design skills
- Proven ability to create high-performing social and digital video content
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and feedback skills
- Ability to translate creative strategy into polished, platform-ready video content
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex workloads
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced editing and innovative use of AI
