Who we are

Rolling Digital is a Brisbane creative agency built on visual storytelling. We started in architecture, construction, and real estate – and we got really good at it. Now we’re in the middle of a deliberate pivot toward work that excites us more: travel, outdoor adventure, and the kinds of brands that make you want to pick up a camera on your day off.

We also have a YouTube channel in the works – we all want to fulfil our childhood dream of becoming Youtubers. If you had or have the same dream, you’re in the right place.

What you’ll actually do

Shoot and edit the full spectrum of client work – property videos, monthly organic content for trades and agents, lifestyle films for builders and developers, and increasingly, the travel and outdoor work we’re moving toward.

Our monthly client organic content is all originally ideated at the start of each month, with the full team and the client in the room. You’ll be in those conversations, not just firing blind.

Help build our YouTube presence. Internal content, behind-the-scenes, the journey itself. We want this to become something people follow.

Shoot at dawn and dusk when the light demands it. Travel nationally and internationally as the exciting work lands. Turn around fast when the brief is tight and take your time when the story deserves it.

Who you are

You can shoot and edit to a high standard – both are non-negotiable. You have taste. You notice light, composition, pacing, sound. You can tell the difference between content that’s pretty and content that converts, and you care about both.

You’re flexible with when you work. Not because we’ll grind you, but because great footage doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5, and sometimes it happens on top of a mountain.

You’re hungry. You want to be part of something rather than just work for something. You have your own creative point of view and you want a place that’ll sharpen it.

You’re easy to have on a shoot. Builders, agents, athletes, clients – you can read a room and keep things moving.
