*Key Responsibilities**Project Coordination & Field Operations** *Program Delivery:* Plan and monitor progress of HVAC projects according to defined schedules, resource plans, and contractual deliverables. Plan and monitor program execution* *Resource Allocation:* Manage field crews (installers), coordinating appointments, coverage changes, and workload distribution across multiple sites.* *Progress Monitoring:* Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and proactively implement solutions to ensure deadlines are met.* *Documentation:* Maintain rigorous project documentation, including executive-ready reports, program updates, client education materials, and compliance records.*Qualifications and Skills** *Education:* Bachelor Degree* *Communication:* Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft “executive-ready” materials and proposals.* *Negotiation:* Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients.* *Independence:* Ability to independently manage multiple activities at various locations and strictly meet deadlines.* *Technical Expertise:* Residential HVAC knowledge, Building Science knowledge, Google suite/ Microsoft SharePoint skills*Language** Fluent in English (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
