We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Entry Level Video Editor to join our growing team. This is a full-time position and will report directly to the Video Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video editing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:– Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and events– Collaborate with the Video Production Manager and other team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects– Utilize various video editing software and tools to enhance video quality and create engaging content– Add music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the overall production value of videos– Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video editing skills and processes– Manage and organize video assets and maintain a library of footage and graphics– Assist with video shoots and other production tasks as neededQualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, or a related field– 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a related role– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer– Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines– Strong communication and collaboration skills– Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into video projects– A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work is preferredWhy Work for Us:– Competitive salary and benefits package– Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team in the energy industry– Access to top-of-the-line equipment and software for video production– Room for growth and advancement within the company– Regular team events and social activitiesIf you are a creative and driven individual with a passion for video editing, we want to hear from you!
