About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for talent partnership programs that align with client business objectives, cultural trends, and broader entertainment marketing initiatives.
• Lead complex, high-value talent negotiations with a working knowledge of SAG agreements and their implications for brand partnership deals.
• Source, evaluate, and secure celebrity, creator, athlete, and musician partnerships across entertainment marketing campaigns spanning digital, broadcast, and experiential channels.
• Own senior client relationships at the executive level, identifying opportunities to expand WME’s scope across existing accounts and driving organic revenue growth.
• Develop executive-level presentations, talent recommendations, and strategic POVs that directly influence client decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members with a focus on dealmaking, talent strategy, and client service standards.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in talent partnerships, entertainment marketing, or a closely related field at a senior dealmaking level.
• Deep fluency in SAG agreements, usage rights, and the contractual structures common to brand and talent partnership deals.
• An established network across talent representatives, managers, publicists, agencies, studios, streamers, and production companies.
• A track record of closing high-profile partnerships across the creator landscape, celebrity, and sports talent categories.
• Demonstrated ability to manage account financials, revenue forecasting, and budget oversight across multiple client engagements.
