This position sits within the Marketing department and is responsible for producing editorial photo and video content across social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, and brand activations. It suits a mid-to-senior level shooter who has worked within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands and understands how to translate a high-end visual identity into platform-native content that actually performs.

About the Role

The Visual Content Creator works directly within the Marketing team at Palazzo Versace Dubai, producing stills and video across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat, as well as assets for Meta and Google ad campaigns. On any given day this person might be running an end-to-end shoot for a food and beverage campaign, cutting a short-form reel for social, or capturing coverage of a VIP event or property activation. The role requires someone comfortable moving between solo production work and close collaboration with PR, paid media, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end photo and video shoots, covering concept development, shot lists, lighting setup, talent direction, and on-site production across the hotel’s venues.
• Edit and deliver platform-optimized content in both short-form and long-form formats, adapting turnaround times to meet social media and campaign deadlines.
• Produce performance-driven creative assets for paid social and display advertising on Meta and Google, working alongside the paid media team to align content with campaign objectives.
• Monitor content performance metrics across platforms and adjust creative outputs based on engagement data, reach, and conversion results.
• Maintain a structured digital asset library with consistent tagging and file organization, ensuring content is accessible and campaign-ready at all times.
• Cover real-time content capture at events, VIP visits, and brand activations, often outside standard working hours including evenings and weekends.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating editorial-level photography and videography within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brand production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Solid technical command of lighting, composition, and framing across varied interior and exterior environments.
• Hands-on experience creating platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat with a clear read on current format trends.
• Working knowledge of AI tools applied to content creation, including generative AI, retouching automation, and editing support, used within brand guidelines.
