Job Position(s): Videographer Position Summary:The Videographer is a key contributor to Ken Garff’s full video and motion production pipeline, working alongside a Producer to bring projects from concept through final delivery. This role executes across all phases of production, including filming, editing, animation, and post-production, to create broadcast commercials, corporate videos, social media assets, and digital ads that support Ken Garff’s dealership branding and sales goals. Collaborating closely with designers, writers, social media strategists, and account managers, the Videographer brings technical expertise and creative execution to every project.Demo reel required upon applying.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ken Garff Brand (20%)

Union Status: Non-Union
- Assist in all brand initiatives such as corporate videos & executive announcements
- Coordinate with HR for internal communications initiatives
- Oversee and/or execute all film & motion content for corporate initiatives
- Coordinate with ad agency to develop & produce brand campaigns
Dealership Digital Services (80%)
- Creative Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with Creative & Social Media Team in store and brand campaign concept development
- Assist Design Team in idea development for video & motion production, including assistance with script development when necessary
- Pre-Production
- Coordinate with stores to arrange talent, filming dates, locations, props, logistics, etc.
- Arrange personal travel & logistics for gear
- Production
- Film & execute pre-determined script as agreed upon with Creative Director/Creative Lead including filming interviews, b-roll, principle photography, setups, motion graphics, animation, etc.
- Post-Production
- Edit & sweeten sound, master motion graphics & animation & deliver final master to Account Manager upon agreed deadline.
- Still Photography
- Occasional still photography when necessary (corporate headshots, environmental/architectural at stores, etc.)
- Travel 35% of time to out of state dealerships
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFICIENCY:
- 3+ Years Filming & Editing Experience
- Lighting & Sound Recording
- Still Photography
- Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) or Adobe Premiere
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Lightroom
- Video Codecs, Compression & Delivery Formats (H.264, H.265, ProRes, etc.)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Creative Team deadline adherence
- Video views, shares, likes, comments, view-through, engagement & social KPI’s
- Increased unaided brand awareness
- SEO/Social/Digital KPI performance on specific campaign assets (i.e. CTR, Page Stickiness & Bounce Rates, Open Rates, etc.)
- Process improvement (i.e. production pipeline, artistic improvement, technical improvement, etc.)
