Mission Mars is hiring a Videographer for Rudy’s Napoletana and Albert’s Schloss, based in Manchester, England. This role sits within the brand marketing function and is responsible for producing social-first video content and photography across two distinct hospitality venues, with output spanning Instagram Reels, Stories, CRM campaigns, PR, and web assets. It suits a working videographer with a background in lifestyle, food, or entertainment content creation who is comfortable shooting in live venue environments without a full crew around them.

About the Role

The Videographer reports to the Senior Brand Manager and works across both the Rudy’s Napoletana and Albert’s Schloss brands, each with its own visual identity and content rhythm. Day to day, this means planning and executing shoots around menu launches, live entertainment programming, and seasonal campaigns, then turning around edited short-form video content to brief. The production workflow runs from location capture on site through to post, with editing handled in-house using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media distribution, applying music selection, pacing, and captioning to maximise organic engagement across Instagram and related platforms.
• Capture photography across food, drinks, live entertainment, and venue atmosphere for use in social media, CRM, website, and PR contexts.
• Plan and schedule shoots around campaign calendars, entertainment programmes, and key trading periods to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Work directly with venue teams to identify real, unscripted moments that reflect the character of each location rather than producing staged or generic hospitality content.
• Build and manage a structured library of video and photography assets that supports both brands across multiple marketing channels.
• Monitor emerging short-form video formats and social content trends, bringing relevant approaches into the production pipeline on an ongoing basis.

What You Bring

• At least two to three years of professional experience working as a Videographer and photographer, with a portfolio that demonstrates both disciplines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or a comparable non-linear editing platform.
• Demonstrated experience producing short-form video content for Instagram and other social platforms, with a strong understanding of what performs well in feed and Stories formats.
• Confidence shooting in live, occupied venue environments where lighting conditions and ambient noise are variable and uncontrolled.
• Prior work within hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle, or live entertainment production is an advantage.
