Videographer / Content Creator — Help us Build a High-Output Content Machine
We’re looking for a videographer who can produce high-performing content at speed.
You’ll work directly with our Creative Director to turn ideas into daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and ads.
Your Mission
Produce 1–3 high-quality short-form videos per day that:

Capture real patient journeys

Feel premium and aspirational

Perform strongly on social and ads
What You’ll Do

Film patients, dentists, and staff content in-clinic
-
Edit fast-paced short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)

Execute on creative direction and shot lists

Turn ideas into finished content within 24–48 hours
-
Continuously improve based on performance feedback
What Success Looks Like

5-15 videos produced per week
-
Consistent, clean, premium aesthetic

Strong hooks and retention in videos
-
Content that feeds high-performing ads
Who You Are

Creative edge (good story teller)

Fast editor (speed matters more than perfection)

Understands short-form content (hooks, pacing, retention)

Comfortable filming real people (not just staged shoots)

Reliable, proactive, and output-driven
