A bit about you
Resourceful, Communicator, Creative
Effective communication plays a crucial role in driving successful change initiatives and promoting our brand. To enhance our communication strategies and engage our audience, we are seeking a talented B2B Media Production Manager to join our team.
As B2B Media Production Manager, you will be responsible for all media production activities, including the development of Change Media initiatives and creating compelling content to promote Sullivan & Stanley. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our brand, capturing client events and workshops, producing video project case studies and client testimonials, and owning our YouTube channel. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording internal company activities, such as company Away Days, fostering a positive culture and engagement among our employees.
Key Responsibilities…
Media Production Strategy:
- Working with the Head of Marketing, developing a comprehensive media production strategy aligned with our marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to understand key messaging requirements and target audience preferences.
- Identify opportunities to leverage video and photo content to enhance our marketing efforts and brand visibility.
Video and Photo Production:
- Lead end-to-end video and photo production processes, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Conceptualise and script engaging narratives to effectively communicate key messages related to our services and client success stories.
- Produce high-quality videos and photos that capture the essence of client events, workshops, and internal company activities.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards of visual storytelling across all media content.
Change Media / Client Engagement:
- Change Media is our multimedia production capability that brings change to life. By creating a visual narrative and documenting the journey as its unfolding, you will help our clients communicate change effectively and engage everyone across their business, ensuring a unified transformation journey.
- Collaborate closely with clients to capture their experiences, success stories, and testimonials through video and photo content.
- Coordinate logistics for client engagement initiatives, such as filming at client events and workshops.
- Produce client case studies, change adoption videos and testimonials that highlight the impact of our services on their organisations.
YouTube Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance our social media presence through captivating video and photo content.
- Create engaging and shareable assets optimised for various social media platforms.
- Own and manage our YouTube channel, ensuring regular updates and compelling video content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Internal Culture and Engagement:
- Record internal company activities, including company away days and team-building events, to foster a positive culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and showcase the unique aspects of our company culture.
- Produce internal communication materials that align with our brand values and effectively engage our employees.
You will demonstrate…
- Proven experience in Media Production (including videography and photography and related social media channels), in a corporate or agency environment.
- Expertise in video and photo production, including filming, editing, and post-production techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling narratives through video and photo content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media management and familiarity with YouTube channel management is preferred.
- Passion for capturing client success stories and promoting change initiatives through visual storytelling.
