Videographer – In House

Torres Property is hiring a full-time in-house Videographer based in Brisbane, Queensland, to lead video content production across its marketing operation. This role sits inside the marketing team and covers the full production workflow, from concept and scripting through to shooting, editing, colour grading, and platform delivery, with a primary focus on short-form social content. It suits a self-directed shooter-editor who is comfortable owning a content pipeline and directing non-performers on camera without much hand-holding.

About the Role

The Videographer works embedded within the Torres Property marketing team at their Coorparoo office, producing property videos, agent profiles, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts on a daily cycle. A typical day involves proactively pulling agents and staff in front of the camera, shooting fresh content, then turning edits around within 24 hours to keep a consistent social content pipeline moving. This is not a brief-and-wait position, it requires someone who treats content creation as a production schedule and manages it accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form social video production end-to-end, including colour grading, audio mixing, and platform-specific formatting for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proactively identify filming opportunities each day and direct agents, property managers, and leadership on camera to extract natural, personality-led performances.
• Deliver priority social content edits within a 24-hour turnaround while managing a structured schedule of longer-form property and profile productions.
• Adapt masters for multiple platforms and formats, maintaining brand consistency across aspect ratios, caption styles, and audio treatments.
• Monitor video performance analytics and apply audience insights to refine concepts, pacing, and editing approaches across future content.
• Maintain organised digital asset libraries, manage production equipment, and provide video coverage for company events and broader marketing campaigns.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating proven short-form, social-first video production work across property, lifestyle, or corporate content categories.
• Advanced proficiency with professional cameras, lighting rigs, and audio equipment, plus video editing software at a post-production workflow level.
• Solid working knowledge of social media analytics, platform algorithm behaviour, and content format trends across TikTok and Instagram.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent shoots and edits under tight deadlines without a producer sitting above you.
