Videographer & Editor – End-to-End Content Production

We’re looking for a self-sufficient Videographer & Editor who can own the entire video production process — from picking up the camera to delivering the final cut — without needing a second pair of hands.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for the full production cycle: planning the shoot, getting on location, capturing the footage, editing it down, adding effects, and delivering a polished final product — all on your own. You’ll produce content primarily for digital and social media platforms, so you’ll need to have a strong feel for what performs well online and how to adapt your style to different formats and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in both videography and video editing — you’re equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in both videography and video editing is required

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and effects work

• Expert level proficiency in Adobe After Effects is required for advanced editing and effects work

• Strong eye for pacing, composition, and visual storytelling

• Ability to shoot and edit independently without relying on a second crew member

• Solid understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform well

• Ability to adapt content style and format to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own deadlines and deliverables

• Good communication skills — you’ll collaborate on briefs but execute on your own

Nice to Have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, particularly for colour grading

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills

• Background working with brands or agencies

• Understanding of sound design and audio editing
