What this actually looks like

You’ll be working directly with Tim Kummerfeld — entrepreneur, founder, and one of the most influential voices in the hospitality coaching space in Australia and internationally.

This isn’t a “sit in an office and edit” role.

You’ll be travelling to events, retreats, and locations. You’ll be capturing content that reaches hundreds of thousands of people. You’ll be inside a business that runs cutting-edge AI, works with elite operators, and moves fast.

You’ll learn more in 12 months here than most people learn in five years.

You’re the right person if:

• You’re based in Mackay (or ready to be)

• You’re genuinely excited about content — not just good at it

• You take feedback like a professional and make changes fast

• You’re fun to be around and bring energy to the room

• You want to travel to amazing places and be part of something real

• You’ve got a portfolio that shows what you can do

What you’ll do:

• Film talking head, b-roll, event, and behind-the-scenes content

• Edit for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and longform

• Set up lighting, audio, and framing to a high standard

• Work directly with leadership on fast-moving projects

• Deliver polished assets on deadline, every time

Bonus if you have:

• Short-form content experience (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

• Photography skills

• Motion graphics or basic animation
