Job Position(s): Videographer
Project Type: Film & Television
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

Telent is hiring a Videographer based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, to join its in-house creative team. This role sits within the corporate content production function, handling everything from shoot planning and on-location filming through to editing and post-production delivery across marketing, internal communications, recruitment, and employer brand channels. It suits a self-sufficient videographer with a strong portfolio of professional work who is equally comfortable operating a camera on a construction site as they are in an edit suite.

About the Role

Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Videographer will own the full production workflow for visual content that represents Telent’s people, projects, and infrastructure services across digital, social media, and corporate platforms. Day to day, that means taking briefs from stakeholders, managing shoot logistics across multiple UK locations, capturing photography and b-roll, then delivering finished edits that meet brand and platform requirements. The role also carries responsibility for managing a searchable asset library and coaching colleagues on content creation best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end video production across corporate, recruitment, and internal communications briefs, from pre-production planning through to final delivery.
  • Handle all on-location filming, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture across varied industrial and infrastructure environments.
  • Edit footage and manage post-production workflow using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom to platform-specific specifications.
  • Build and maintain a structured image and video asset library, ensuring approved content is accessible and brand-aligned across the organisation.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on production requirements, creative approach, and filming standards to maximise the quality of visual communications output.
  • Identify new production tools and techniques, including AI-assisted post-production, to improve efficiency and content quality across the team.

What You Bring

  • A professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality videography, photography, and editing across corporate or branded content production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Proven experience managing video production projects independently, from brief to delivery.
  • Experience shooting in industrial, engineering, or infrastructure environments is a genuine advantage here.
  • Drone filming and aerial photography certification, plus motion graphics experience, are desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally for location shoots.

Why This Role

Telent supports infrastructure services across water, energy, transport, and telecoms, which means the production slate here covers a genuinely wide range of environments, people, and stories. The in-house team structure gives a Videographer real creative ownership rather than execution-only work, with direct access to a Creative Lead and a brief to grow capability across the business. Benefits include a matched pension scheme, life assurance, enhanced parental leave, employee assistance programme, and access to a retail discounts portal.

Apply now for the Videographer role at Telent and bring your production skills to one of the UK’s essential infrastructure businesses.
