This is a remote position.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that tell a compelling story. You’ll work closely with our content creation team to bring creative ideas to life—ensuring the final output aligns with the brand’s vision, goals, and platform-specific needs. Experience in editing videos specifically for Meta Ads ((Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok or any Social Media platform is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following duties. The company reserves the right to assign additional tasks as necessary to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing content.

Create videos optimized for Meta Ads, understanding best practices for Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Collaborate with the content team to enhance storytelling and brand messaging through visuals.

Stay current with industry trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific requirements.

Work with writers, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive multimedia content.

Implement feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine video projects.

Organize and manage video assets in an efficient and accessible manner.

Suggest creative approaches to editing and visual storytelling that elevate content.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to video formats, codecs, and export settings.
Adapt content for various platforms—ensuring correct formatting, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
Source and integrate stock footage, sound effects, and music, maintaining brand consistency.

Ensure video content meets accessibility standards by including captions, subtitles, and other inclusive elements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing paid social or short-form content

Hands-on experience editing videos for Meta Ads / performance marketing

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Figma, or equivalent

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual hierarchy

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Clear communicator and collaborative team player

Solid knowledge of video formats, compression, and platform delivery standards

Experience with motion graphics and animation

Experience with 3D animation and rendering is a strong plus
